Obituary Notice for Gordon E MacDonald (Sigs Club)
Passed away at the Welland County General Hospital on Tuesday March 20, 2012 in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Felicia (nee-Buchanan) for 53 years and loving father of John (Sandre) and Paul. Cherished grandfather of Mark and Kaitlin. Dear uncle of Matthew, Keltie, Donald and Gordon. Predeceased by his parents Donald and Vina MacDonald, brother Ken and sister Doris. Gordon was a life member of the Port Colborne Royal Canadian Legion Branch 56 where he was a Past Secretary for many years. He was an avid bridge player and stamp collector. A special thanks to the PSW workers at St. Elizabeth for their compassion and loving care provided for the past 10 months. Cremation has taken place. Gordon’s family will receive friends at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 179 Clarence Street, Port Colborne on Saturday, March 24, 2012 from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will follow in the Armstrong Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Memorial donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 56 Port Colborne would be appreciated by the family.
Obituary Notice for Maurice James "Moe" Bozman LM157)
Maurice James “Moe” Bozman born July 4, 1931 passed away peacefully in his Chilliwack home on March 13, 2012. He is predeceased by his wife Eileen (1993) and four siblings. Moe is survived by his daughters: Lorraine (Alex) and Sandra (Russell); grandchildren: Victoria, Robert, Cameron and Christine; two sisters: Trudie and Joan (Wally); long-time companion Gail, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends. “Maurice proudly served in the Canadian Armed Forces (Signals) for 31 years.” He loved to golf, square dance and enjoyed a good jigsaw puzzle. He will be fondly remembered for his dedication to volunteering, his wit and sense of humor and most importantly the love he had for his family. A Celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, March 22 at 1:00 pm at the Royal Canadian Legion Br# 280 5661 Vedder Rd. in Chilliwack. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Moe may be made to a charity of your choice including the Communications and Electronics Museum.

Obituary Notice for Robert Gerald Stuckless (LM364)
STUCKLESS, Robert Gerald - Peacefully, surrounded by love, Bob died at Rideaucrest, on Thursday, March 8, 2012 in his 83rd year. He will be sadly missed by his wife and best friend Marlene after 51 years of marriage. Father of Terry Stuckless, Carol (Glen) Fitzpatrick, and Gary (Corina) Oake. Grandfather of Michael, Tori, Amanda, Paul, Nichole, Heather, Jason, and of 5 great-grandchildren. Pre-deceased by his parents Isaac and Gertrude. Brother of Frank, Ethel, Rol, Alf, Becky, Naomi, Lillian, Walt, Jerry, Lewis, Faye and Goldie. Predeceased by 3 siblings - Bill, May and Carl. Also fondly remembered by his numerous nieces and nephews and their families. Bob was a proud veteran serving with the Royal Canadian Signals Corp. The family would like to thank the staff of Gardenwalk for their wonderful care and support over the past 4 years. Resting at the JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Boulevard. Friends will be received on Sunday between the hours of 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service in the Chapel, on Monday, March 12 at 1:00 p.m., with Reverend Christine Williams officiating. Internment at a later date at Glenhaven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Alzheimer Society or Rideaucrest Home (for Gardenwalk Music), in Mr. Stuckless' memory
