Veteran of WWII, Merchant Navy Communications Specialist, retired from C.F.S. Leitrim, dedicated member of the Order of the Eastern Star). In hospital in Kingston on Friday March 30th, 2012 in her 90th year. Elizabeth was predeceased by her sister Dora Carter, brother Bill Prescott and nephew James "Jim" Carter, she will be sadly missed by her sister-in-law Cecile Prescott, Valerie and Tom Bowes, Patrick and Victoria Muir, all her family and friends. Friends and family will gather at Lanark Lodge, Perth on Thursday April 12th, 2012 at 2:30 P.M. for a time to celebrate her life. Interment will be held later in Toronto with her family.
