Obituary announcement for club member Jacques Traversy LM568

TRAVERSY, Jacques passed away on January 30, 2015, at the age of 80. He was a life member of the Royal Canadian Legion, branch 58. Predeceased by his parents: Henri Traversy and Corinne Dufresne; his brothers Paul, Maurice, Roger (Laurette), Jean (Annette) and Guy; his sisters Thérèse, Cécile and Annette (Gaëtan Gauthier). Beloved husband of Rita Fardais; loving father of Monique; cherished grandfather of Geneviève (David Johnstone) and Marc. He also leaves the father of his grandchildren Dr Eddy Wong as well as many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and friends. A religious service will be held on Tuesday February 10 at 11 a.m. at St-François de Sales Church of Gatineau Point. The family will receive condolences 30 minutes prior to the service. Jacques always enjoyed helping others.
