WATSON, Keith James Keith passed away peacefully on December 2, 2016 at his home after a prolonged illness. He was born February 6, 1949 in Calgary, Alberta. Keith's primary career for over 30 years was with the Canadian Coast Guard in which he experienced many adventures. Predeceased by his son Richard James Taylor. Survived by his loving wife, Arlene, daughter Pamela, son-in-law Brian Rigler and grandchildren Abby Taylor, Madeline and Ethan Rigler. Memorial Service will be held on December 9, 2016 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 790 Kilmalu Rd, Mill Bay, BC at 12:30pm.
